1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving any treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. They form the basis of a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Simply Aesthetics Clinic (“Clinic”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
2. Booking & Payment

Appointments are confirmed once a deposit is received or full payment made.

Full payment may be required prior to treatment commencement.

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated; we reserve the right to adjust prices if VAT rates change.
3. Treatment Courses & Validity

If you purchase a treatment course, it must be used at the location specified at purchase.

All course treatments must be completed within 24 months of purchase

Treatments cannot be transferred or exchanged between clients, areas, or locations.
4. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule cellular/autologous skin treatments; 24 hours’ notice for non-invasive therapies.

Without adequate notice or in the event of a no-show, your session or deposit may be forfeited .

Repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may result in a cancellation/no-show fee and our discretion to refuse future bookings.
5. Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required documentation.

Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation, at the clinic’s discretion.
6. Medical Disclosure & Consultation

Full and accurate medical history must be disclosed at consultation and updated as required.

Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions or medications may result in treatment refusal; you remain responsible for adverse outcomes .

All treatments require signed consent forms prior to commencement.
7. Aftercare & Follow-Up

You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions relevant to your treatment.

Results and aftercare expectations will be explained during your consultation—please follow recommendations closely.

Follow-up appointments (e.g., for microblading, filler implants) should be booked within the timeframe advised; missed follow-ups may limit results guarantees.
8. Results & Guarantees

Results vary between individuals; we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Where applicable, rectification treatments may be offered for unsatisfactory results within a reasonable time; additional charges may apply.
9. Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase to request a refund, provided no service has been received.

No refunds are offered for partial treatment of courses or if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice after payment.

Once treatments have commenced, payments are non-refundable.
10. Liability & Limitations

We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Treatments will be delivered with reasonable skill and care.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific treatment.

We accept no liability for damage to personal items (e.g., clothing, jewellery) during treatment.

You indemnify and hold harmless the Clinic against any claims arising from your failure to comply with these terms.
11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy, current as of May 2025

By receiving treatments, you consent to us collecting and processing your data for the purposes of treatment delivery and administration.
12. Changes to Terms

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
